Wood parquet is a real wood floor that lasts for decades and can be sanded again when needed. Põrandakeskus has more than 500 wood parquets and floorboards, including oak, ash, walnut, thermowood and exotic species.

Which parquet suits your home?

• Plank parquet is factory-finished and ready to use straight away. A wide choice of 1-, 2- and 3-strip plank parquet. The most popular choice for homes.
• Herringbone parquet is the classic herringbone pattern, in both solid wood and multi-layer.
• Veneer parquet has a thin top layer of real wood and costs less than solid wood.
• 2-layer parquet is stable and works well over underfloor heating.
• Strip parquet, mosaic parquet and block parquet are solid wood and are glued to the subfloor; after installation they are sanded and finished.
• Design parquet is wide herringbone and patterned panel parquet, in solid wood and multi-layer.
• Floorboards: the ash and oak boards are pre-sanded and bevelled on 4 sides, also available factory-oiled.
• Industrial parquet, lamella parquet and exotic wood for those looking for something special.

Oak, ash or walnut? Oak is the most popular: hard, durable and easy to tone. Ash is lighter with a lively grain, walnut is dark and warm. Thermowood is heat-treated, darker and more stable in humidity.
