The primer is intended for moisture-absorbing substrates such as plasterboard, concrete, etc. This primer reduces the absorbency of the surface. The primer should be applied to the surface before applying the adhesive. Existing wall coverings must be removed from the substrate before applying the primer.  

Specific features  

  • Adhesive type: Homopolymer-based dispersion adhesive  

  • Brookfield viscosity: 20 mPa.s (HAT; spindle 1; 100 rpm; 20°C)  

  • Dry matter content: 17.0%  

  • pH : 4.0  

  • Color: White  

  • VOC EU limit value: This product has a limit value of 1 g/l VOC according to Directive 2004/42/EC.  

Usage:  
The substrate must be clean, dry, flat and free of loose particles.  
The primer is ready to use and can be easily applied with a brush or roller after general preparation of the substrate.  

  • Coverage: diluted: ~ 10 m²/L, undiluted: ~ 7 m²/L  

  • Drying time: 4 to 5 hours, depending on the substrate and room temperature  

  • Temperature: Use at temperatures above 5°C  

Cleaning  
Uncured primer can be easily cleaned with water.  

Packaging  
10 kg canister  

Storage and shelf life  
Store the primer in its unopened packaging, preferably at room temperature, do not freeze. The product has a shelf life of 6 months.
