Maintenance of oiled wood and parquet floors

Daily maintenance

Daily cleaning should be carried out using standard dry cleaning methods: dry brushing or vacuuming. Any loose dirt that could scratch and damage the floor should be carefully removed.

Floor updating

The floor should be treated with Intensive Care once a week or as needed. When using Intensive Care on oiled floors, the dilution instructions must be followed carefully. For the freshening, a fringe brush should be used that is slightly moistened with Intensive Care solution, but in no case wet, as parquet floors are sensitive to moisture and can be damaged. Rinsing is not necessary.

Maintenance lubrication

The frequency of maintenance lubrication depends on the load on the floors. In places that are used intensively (for example, floors and corridors in public buildings), maintenance lubrication should be performed 4 times a year. In places that are used less often (for example, living spaces), maintenance lubrication should be performed 1-2 times a year or when necessary. The first maintenance lubrication can be performed at the earliest 1 month after the main lubrication.
