> Põrandakeskus OÜ is an Estonian flooring retailer with showrooms in Tallinn and Tartu. It sells wood parquet and floorboards, laminate, LVT and SPC vinyl flooring, PVC floor coverings, linoleum, carpets and carpet tiles, skirting and transition profiles, entrance mats and terrace boards, and arranges installation.
